Exchange Isle of Teletus

This rp area is open to all. No mun banishments are acknowledged. However with that said we ask that you be nice to everyone ooc.  IC is another thing but that will be handled IC. If you cannot keep your OOC discontent to yourself then you will be asked to stop the first time then you will be asked to leave.  That is our only OOC guideline.

Teletus as written by John Norman himself is an Exchange Island, the largest of them all.  It sits to the south of Tyros off of the coast of Bazi.  It controls the shipping lanes keeping them safe and open to all not by it's own fleet or army but by the coin paid to men for their loyalty.  In truth, Teletus is not like most cities, it doesn't have the luxuries of them.  It is a village with some, and the best luxuries in comparison to other exchange islands such as Ianda, Tyros and Scagnar to the north.

 To come to Teletus is to do business.  The city is made up of transients, that means people coming and going.  Teletus does have a home stone for it's village, which is pictured below but it is kept safely hidden.  As per the books also, it is of odd shape and size as some home stones were. 

While we are not following the book to the letter, we try to be close.

 Therefore Teletus is run by merchents as was written.  The council sets up the laws and rules.  Anyone wishing to be on this council does not have to be of Teletus as it is an exchange port, all cities may have a member on it.  Just email me or Mya and we can talk.
